StarQuest and CCB Marketing are proposing a focused five-video pilot built from the existing 90-minute documentary master.

The pilot delivers five finished, fully produced shorts, a reusable intro/outro template system, and a complete social rollout kit. Publish the shorts, review the performance data, and decide whether to green-light the remaining 13–18 shorts or additional films with real results in hand

Editorial

• Select the five strongest self-contained stories from the full 90-minute master.
• Create a 60–90 second hero cut for each short, plus a 3–5 minute cut where the story supports it.
• Reframe 16:9 to 9:16 with shot-by-shot repositioning and keyframed pans—not a center crop.
• Retain the existing color grade and final mix, with basic quality control and level adjustments.

• Adapt titles, lower thirds, name/location cards, and on-screen text for vertical safe areas.
• Deliver burned-in open captions for vertical video plus clean .SRT sidecar files.

• Build a branded intro, outro, and end card once for reuse across future shorts.
• Deliver editable templates in both 9:16 and 16:9.

Each short is delivered in three aspect ratios: 9:16 vertical master (primary), 1:1 square, and 16:9 horizontal for YouTube and video podcast distribution. Every cut includes captioned and clean versions, a custom cover frame / thumbnail, and platform-native copy with a hook, caption, hashtags, and call to action.

Package summary: 5 shorts × 3 aspect ratios = 15 video masters, plus caption files, thumbnails, and the intro/outro template kit.

Pilot investment is $24,000–$27,000 across four components: short-form editing and reframing, graphics adaptation, the one-time intro / outro template package, and the social content package.

The intro/outro build is a one-time cost, and the reusable system can carry into future short-form work. Review the pilot’s performance data before deciding whether to continue.

The project is completed in 3–4 weeks from receipt of the masters and project files. The workflow is story selection and intro/outro build, followed by edits, reframing, graphics, revisions, and delivery. 

Two rounds of revisions per short are included. Payment is 50% to begin and 50% on delivery. The client retains all master copies and full ownership of the finished assets.
